Save the next batch safely

Refrigerate perishable food within two hours, or within one hour when the surroundings exceed 90°F. Cool leftovers promptly in shallow containers rather than leaving a full hot steamer to cool on the counter.

Keep the refrigerator at 40°F or below. Use refrigerated leftovers within three to four days; freeze for longer storage. Reheat leftovers to 165°F in the center.
